Commentary:

P
aycheck bonuses are commonly available at Las Vegas casinos that cater to locals.  Casinos that aim exclusively for the tourist market have no such promotions and often will not cash any paychecks, even those of their own employees.

Casinos with paycheck bonuses invariably have three requirements:  1) Nevada photo ID, 2) dated check(s) less than one month old, and 3) check(s) from a firm that is established locally or government checks (social security, tax refunds, etc.).  Casinos will usually not accept other types of two party checks:  dividend checks, etc.

Casinos have been known to accept paychecks issued by large corporations (nationally known firms) presented by individuals who claim to be moving to the Las Vegas area and possess another state’s photo ID.

In all cases, the paycheck amount must be reasonable, i.e. hundreds of dollars as compared to thousands of dollars.
